Terms of Service
By using Casinox you accept these terms in full.
Acceptance
By accessing or using the Casinox website, applications, APIs, or any related service (collectively, the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, AML Policy, Cookie Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, Bonus Terms and every promotion-specific ruleset published from time to time on the Service. These documents together form the entire and exclusive legal agreement between you and Casinox N.V. (the "Operator", "we", "us" or "our").
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately and close any open positions and withdraw any remaining balance through standard withdrawal channels. Continued use of the Service after a material change to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
No statement, representation, warranty or undertaking made orally or in writing by any employee, agent, affiliate, support representative or third party shall vary, override, contradict or supplement these Terms. The Service is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
These Terms apply to every account, every device, every session, every wager, every deposit, every withdrawal and every bonus claim made through the Service. They also apply to interactions on our chat rooms, support tickets, social media accounts and any other communication channel we operate. By using the Service in any capacity you irrevocably consent to electronic execution of these Terms and waive any right to require physical signatures, ink-on-paper contracts or notarisation.
Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if that age is higher than eighteen. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you have reached such legal age and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. We may at any time require documentary proof of age, including but not limited to a government-issued photographic identification document, and we may suspend, freeze or close any account that fails or refuses to provide such proof. Where a person under the legal age has placed wagers on the Service, every such wager will be voided, every deposit returned to the original payment source net of network fees, every prize forfeited, and the account permanently closed.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in the jurisdiction in which you reside, are domiciled and are physically located at the time of access. We do not represent or warrant that the Service is lawful in any specific jurisdiction. Access to the Service is prohibited from, and may be technically blocked in, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal, including (without limitation) the United States of America (and all of its dependent territories), the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Curaçao itself, North Korea, Iran, Syria, and any country, territory or person subject to sanctions imposed by the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the United States Department of the Treasury (OFAC), Her Majesty's Treasury (UK) or any other competent sanctioning authority.
The use of a virtual private network (VPN), proxy, anonymising service, mirror, satellite or any other technical method whose purpose, effect or by-product is to disguise, alter, mask or misrepresent your country of access constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You represent and warrant that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP), nor a family member or close associate of a PEP, except where you have completed our enhanced due diligence onboarding procedure and have been expressly accepted as such by our compliance team. You further warrant that you are not on any list of designated sanctioned persons, that you are not a current or former employee of any gambling regulator, dispute-resolution provider, software provider, payment processor, banking institution or affiliate marketing partner of the Service, and that you are not employed by, related to, or living in the same household as anyone who is.
Your account
You may register and maintain only one (1) Account per natural person, per household, per shared device, per residential or business IP address and per unique payment method. The single-account rule applies even where multiple natural persons claim independent identities at the same physical address. If we detect a duplicate account through automated fingerprinting, behavioural analytics, manual review or third-party data, we may, at our sole discretion, immediately suspend every linked account, void every wager placed on any duplicate, confiscate every gain, return only the original net deposits to the original payment source net of fees, and refuse any future business with the user(s) involved.
Accounts must be created using your own true identity. Registration using false names, stolen identities, deceased persons' identities, synthetic identities or any other form of impersonation is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and throughout your relationship with the Service, including your full legal name as it appears on your government identification, a valid date of birth, a real and operational email address, the residential address at which you can receive postal mail, and a telephone number you control. You must update this information promptly upon any change. Providing false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete information is grounds for indefinite withdrawal hold, manual KYC escalation and, in serious cases, criminal referral.
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username, password, two-factor authentication seed and any recovery email. You must enable two-factor authentication before placing your first wager above 100 USD equivalent, and you must protect your authenticator device with a device-level PIN, biometric or password. Every action, wager, deposit, withdrawal, bonus claim, chat message and API call originating from your authenticated session is conclusively presumed to have been performed by you and is legally binding on you, even if performed by a third party with or without your consent.
If you suspect that a third party has obtained access to your account, you must immediately reset your password, rotate your 2FA seed, revoke all active sessions from Profile → Security → Sessions, and contact [email protected] from your registered email address. Until we receive this notification and have processed it, all bets and withdrawals from your account remain final.
Deposits
Deposits are credited automatically once the blockchain confirmation count required for the chosen network is reached. Confirmation thresholds are published in the deposit modal and may change without notice in response to network congestion, fork events or security incidents. Until the threshold is reached, the deposit appears in the wallet modal as "Pending" and is not available for wagering or withdrawal. We do not pre-credit unconfirmed deposits and we do not accept any liability whatsoever for failed or delayed confirmations originating in the public blockchain mempool, miner cartel behaviour, third-party RPC outages or any other event beyond our exclusive control.
Minimum deposit thresholds, network fees and dust limits are published live in the wallet modal at the moment of deposit. Casinox does not charge any deposit fees of its own. The network fee shown is the fee that you, the sender, must include for the transaction to be mined; Casinox never receives any portion of that fee. Deposits below the published minimum are accepted at our sole discretion and may be credited net of an administrative fee that compensates the cost of consolidation and storage. Deposits sent on the wrong network (e.g. ERC-20 USDT to a TRC-20 address) may be permanently unrecoverable; we cannot guarantee recovery and any recovery effort is performed on a best-efforts, fee-bearing basis only.
Placing bets
Each wager is final and irrevocable from the moment the Service's server returns an accepted bet identifier. Network latency, browser lag, ISP routing, packet loss, electromagnetic interference, weather, hardware failure, software bugs on your device, third-party browser extensions, ad-blockers or any other reason for visual delay between the click that initiated the wager and the receipt of the response are not grounds for cancellation, refund or void. You acknowledge that the canonical state of every bet is the state stored in our server-side database, and that any disagreement between your client-side display and that canonical state is to be resolved in favour of the canonical state.
All in-house "originals" (Dice, Limbo, Mines, Crash, Plinko, Keno, Hilo, Coinflip and the entry tick of Crypto Futures) are provably fair and based on a deterministic, cryptographically secure derivation from the SHA-256 of (server seed || client seed || nonce). The hash of the active server seed is published in the Provably Fair modal before any bet is placed; once a server seed is rotated, the previously secret seed is revealed and any bet placed on that seed can be reproduced and independently verified by you or by any third party on /pf/verify or with the open-source verifier published at https://provablyfair.app.
Neither Casinox nor any player can alter the outcome of a bet after the bet identifier has been issued. Any attempt to do so — including any attempt to socially engineer support staff into rolling back, replaying or adjusting bets — is a material breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to void any bet, group of bets, session or campaign that is, in our reasonable judgment, the product of: (i) a system error, math bug, miscalibrated RNG, misconfigured payout table or misprinted line; (ii) a latency arbitrage attack against a live market or sports line; (iii) a synchronised attack against a tournament or race; (iv) a market manipulation attempt against a Futures or Turbo position (e.g. wash trading on the underlying exchange feed); (v) a coordinated, multi-party effort to extract bonus value through collusion; or (vi) any combination of the above. Voided bets are refunded at the stake; voided winnings are debited from the balance and may be debited from future deposits.
Bonuses
Every promotion, deposit bonus, free spin, reload bonus, cashback campaign, rakeback rebate, race prize, faucet drop, referral commission, tournament reward and any other form of marketing incentive available on the Service is governed jointly by these Terms, the general Bonus Terms (/legal/bonus-terms) and the specific ruleset published on the promotion landing page at the time the bonus is offered or accepted. To the extent of any conflict, the specific promotion ruleset governs the specific promotion, then the general Bonus Terms, then these Terms.
No bonus is automatically credited; you must explicitly accept the bonus by clicking the relevant call to action. Acceptance constitutes your express agreement to be bound by all rules applicable to that bonus.
Wagering requirements, eligible games, game weighting, maximum bet caps while wagering, expiry windows, maximum withdrawable amounts, anti-abuse rules and geographic exclusions are published on the promotion landing page and on the active-bonus panel in your profile before you accept the bonus. Once accepted, no claim of "I didn't know" or "I didn't see" will be entertained.
We reserve the right to limit eligibility for any promotion based on player history, behavioural risk score, KYC tier, country of residence, device fingerprint, payment method, affiliate cluster, IP reputation or any other factor we reasonably consider relevant to commercial sustainability or compliance.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed automatically and dispatched on-chain within sixty (60) seconds of submission for verified accounts whose requested amount, destination address, originating jurisdiction and recent wagering pattern fall within published risk thresholds. The 60-second auto-payout is an internal service-level objective rather than a contractual guarantee; abnormal network congestion, miner downtime, exchange-rate volatility, RPC degradation, fraud-detection holds, sanctioned-address screening hits, KYC re-verification triggers and any other risk control may extend processing without notice.
Withdrawals that fall outside the published auto-approval envelope — including but not limited to: amounts above the auto-approval cap, withdrawals to a destination address never previously used, withdrawals shortly after a bonus completion, withdrawals from an account that has triggered any anti-abuse rule, withdrawals to an address that returns a positive sanctions or AML-risk score, withdrawals from a jurisdiction subject to enhanced due diligence, or any combination of the above — are routed to a human reviewer. We aim to clear human review within twenty-four (24) hours during European business hours and within forty-eight (48) hours outside them. We may, at our sole discretion, require any additional KYC, source-of-funds, source-of-wealth, screenshot, video selfie or other supporting document before releasing a flagged withdrawal.
You may only request withdrawals to a wallet whose private key you control. We do not support withdrawals to third-party wallets, payment processors, custodial services, exchanges that mix user balances, mixers, tumblers, gambling competitor wallets, or any address flagged as high-risk by our blockchain analytics provider. We may, at any time, require you to prove ownership of the destination wallet by signing a challenge message with the private key. Failure or refusal to provide such proof is grounds for withdrawal refusal and account closure; the affected balance, less any AML-related costs, will be returned to the original deposit source if and only if such return is permitted by applicable law.
Prohibited conduct
While using the Service, you shall not, and shall not assist, attempt, induce, conspire with or knowingly permit any third party to:
- use the Service in connection with money laundering, the financing of terrorism, evasion of sanctions, evasion of taxation, fraud, theft, identity theft, embezzlement, ransomware payments, payment of bribes, drug trafficking, human trafficking, child sexual abuse material, or any other activity that is illegal under the laws of (a) the jurisdiction in which Casinox N.V. is incorporated, (b) the jurisdiction in which you are physically located, or (c) the jurisdictions of the licensing authorities under which we operate;
- bypass, attempt to bypass, or facilitate any third party in bypassing geographic restrictions, age restrictions, KYC requirements, self-exclusion registers or any other access control by means of a VPN, residential proxy, datacentre proxy, Tor, satellite ISP routing, IP rotation service, fake identification documents, deepfake video, synthetic identity, identity rental, identity theft, or any other deceptive technique;
- use, deploy, develop, distribute or contract with any third party to provide bots, scripts, headless browsers, screen scrapers, browser automation frameworks (including but not limited to Selenium, Playwright, Puppeteer and similar), AI-based decision engines or any other form of automated or semi-automated player input on the Service for the purpose of placing bets, claiming bonuses, completing wagering, harvesting data, scraping odds, scraping bet histories, exploiting promotions, or interacting with the Service in any way that is not contemplated by a human user operating a single, standard web browser session;
- collude with one or more other players (whether or not also operators of multiple accounts) to extract value from the house, the bonus structure, the leaderboard structure, the affiliate structure or any other commercial mechanism of the Service, including (without limitation) chip-dumping, opposite-bet arbitrage, opposite-side hedging, round-robin laddering, multi-account farming of free spins, multi-account farming of rakeback, multi-account farming of race standings, and any other coordinated activity whose purpose, effect or by-product is to obtain value not contemplated by a single, honest user;
- initiate, threaten or facilitate any chargeback, credit-card dispute, ACH return, SEPA recall, P2P recall, exchange-level reversal or any other financial dispute against any deposit you have made to the Service. Chargebacks and disputes are an unambiguous breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances (including the disputed amount, all winnings and all bonuses), placement of your name on our internal blacklist, escalation to the relevant payment provider, escalation to global blockchain-analytics watchlists where applicable, and where the chargeback caused us to incur direct cost, a debt collection action for the full amount including reasonable costs and interest.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Casinox N.V., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, licensors and any third-party game provider arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the lower of: (a) the net amount that you have deposited to the Service in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, less any sums already withdrawn during the same period; or (b) one thousand United States dollars (US\,000) or its cryptocurrency equivalent at the moment the claim arose. This cap applies cumulatively across all claims and all causes of action, whether in contract, tort, statute, restitution or otherwise.
Without limiting the foregoing, we are not liable for any loss, cost, damage, expense, liability, claim, demand or expense of any kind whatsoever (including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive or aggravated) arising from: (i) force majeure events including war, civil disturbance, riot, pandemic, government action, regulatory change, embargo, sanctions or terrorism; (ii) blockchain network events including chain reorganisations, hard forks, soft forks, 51% attacks, fee market shocks, MEV extraction, mempool disruptions, RPC outages or smart-contract bugs in third-party tokens; (iii) third-party service outages including exchange downtime, market-data feed downtime, KYC provider downtime, payment processor downtime, hosting downtime or DDoS-induced unavailability; (iv) your own conduct including lost passwords, lost 2FA devices, accidental wire-transfers, sent-to-wrong-address mistakes, or any negligent or reckless behaviour on your part; (v) the inherent volatility, risk and possible total loss of value of any cryptocurrency in which deposits, balances or winnings are denominated.
Changes to the terms
We may modify these Terms (including any policy referenced from them) at any time. Material changes — defined as any change that increases your obligations, decreases your rights, alters the dispute-resolution mechanism, changes the cap on our liability, or alters the regulatory framework under which we operate — are notified at least fourteen (14) days in advance by (a) an email to the address of record on your account, (b) a prominent notice on the website, and (c) a banner inside the application. Non-material changes (typo fixes, clarifications, links, formatting) may take effect immediately on publication. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the change. If you do not accept a change, your only remedy is to stop using the Service, withdraw your balance and close your account.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the law of Curaçao, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The Service is additionally subject to the licensing framework of the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (CGCB) and the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any consumer-protection right that is mandatory and non-waivable under the law of your country of residence.
Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall first be referred to our internal Complaints procedure (/legal/complaints). Disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal procedure within thirty (30) days may, at the user's option, be referred to (a) our designated independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider, whose details are published on /legal/complaints, or (b) the competent court of the licensing jurisdiction. Both parties expressly waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action.
