Sportsbook Rules
General rules applicable to all sports bets.
General rules
These rules apply to every sportsbook market. Sport-specific rules override these general rules where they conflict.
Once a bet is accepted you cannot cancel it. Cash-out, where offered, is settled at the live price displayed on screen.
Settlement
Markets are settled based on the official result of the relevant governing body, declared after the standard playing time.
Statistical markets (corners, cards, shots) use the data feed of our supplier as the official source.
Void & cancelled events
If the event is cancelled or abandoned, all unsettled bets are voided and stakes are returned, unless the minimum play rule is met.
Postponed events are settled as planned if rescheduled within 48 hours, otherwise voided.
Live betting
Live odds can change at any moment. If the price moves between your click and the server acceptance, the bet is offered at the new price — you can decline.
Stakes & payout limits
Maximum stake per market is shown on the bet slip and varies by liquidity. Maximum payout per single bet is 0,000 USD equivalent.
Combined bets are capped at 0,000 USD equivalent payout, irrespective of theoretical winnings.
Palpable errors
Palpably wrong prices (typographical errors, swapped teams, etc.) are settled at the corrected price or voided at our discretion.
Minimum play rule
For football: at least 90 minutes must be played. For tennis: at least one full set. For other sports: regulation time, unless market rules specify otherwise.
