What self-exclusion does
Self-exclusion blocks you from playing on Casinox for a fixed period. It is the strongest player-protection tool we offer and we recommend it whenever play stops feeling like entertainment.
A self-exclusion request is irrevocable for its full duration. We cannot lift it early, even at your written request, and even if we receive a court order.
Types of exclusion
Cooling-off (24h – 6 weeks)
A short break. You stay logged out, no marketing emails, no bonuses. Auto-reactivation at the end.
Temporary (3 – 12 months)
Account fully locked. Manual reactivation requires email confirmation and a 24-hour review period.
Permanent (5 years – lifetime)
Account closed permanently and added to our self-exclusion register. Cannot be reopened. New accounts will be detected and refunded.
How to self-exclude
Open Profile → Responsible Gambling → Self-exclusion, pick the duration and confirm with your password and 2FA. A confirmation email is sent immediately.
You can also email [email protected] from your account email. Email-based self-exclusion is processed within 1 hour.
What happens to your account
All open bonuses are forfeited. All open sportsbook bets remain valid and settle normally.
Active autobet sessions are stopped immediately. Auto-deposits and any scheduled actions are cancelled.
We will not contact you with marketing during the self-exclusion period. Transactional emails (security alerts, withdrawal confirmations) may still be sent.
What happens to your funds
Remaining cash balance is paid out to the verified withdrawal method on file within 3 business days. If no method is on file, we contact you via your registered email.
Re-opening your account
For cooling-off and temporary exclusions only: at the end of the period, you receive a 24-hour reactivation window. Confirm the reactivation in-product to resume.
Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Do not attempt to open a new account — we will detect it and refund the deposits.
