Step-by-step guides to get the most out of Casinox — from creating your first account to cashing out your winnings.

Getting started

Welcome to Casinox. To start playing for real money, click "Register" on the top-right, choose a username, enter a valid email and a password of at least 8 characters with upper-case, lower-case and a digit.

Verify your email by clicking the link we send within seconds. Email verification is required for withdrawals and for higher session limits.

Enable 2FA before your first deposit. It takes 30 seconds and prevents 99% of account takeover attacks.

Account management

Update your profile, password, email and 2FA at any time from Profile → Security. All sensitive changes trigger an email notification and may require email re-verification.

You can link Google, Discord, Telegram, Kick and X (Twitter) accounts for one-click sign-in. Linking does not share any private data with the provider.

Making a deposit

Open the wallet modal, pick your currency and network, and copy the address (or scan the QR with your wallet app). Send any amount above the minimum — there is no upper cap.

Track the blockchain confirmation count live in the modal. We credit your balance as soon as the required confirmations are reached and lock until 6 confirmations for crash insurance.

You can deposit in one currency and play in another using our 2% fee swap (Wallet → Swap). Rates are sourced from CoinGecko and refreshed every 60 seconds.

Placing your first bet

Pick a game from the lobby or use the search bar. Originals load instantly; slots stream from the studio with no download. Bets are settled server-side and credited to your balance in real time.

Use Auto mode for repeated bets with stop-loss, stop-win and Martingale/anti-Martingale strategies. Auto is paused automatically if your session limit is reached.

Withdrawing your winnings

Open Wallet → Withdraw, pick the currency, paste your destination address and amount. Confirm with 2FA. Most withdrawals are sent on-chain in under 60 seconds.

First withdrawals after claiming a bonus require the bonus wagering to be completed. Withdrawals exceeding 1 BTC equivalent are reviewed by a human (max 1 hour).

Common problems

Frozen game: refresh the page. Bets are server-authoritative and resolved even without UI sync. Verify in your bet history.

Email not arriving: check spam, then Profile → Re-send verification. Whitelist [email protected] to prevent further filtering.
