Right of access
Receive a copy of all personal data we hold about you, including the purposes and recipients.
Right to rectification
Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data we hold.
Right to erasure
Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"). Subject to AML legal retention.
Right to restriction
Temporarily limit how we process your data while a dispute is resolved.
Right to portability
Receive your data in JSON/CSV to migrate it to another service.
Right to object
Object to processing based on legitimate interest, including profiling.
How to exercise your rights
Send your request from the email associated with your account to [email protected]. Identify yourself clearly and describe what you are requesting.
We will respond within 30 days. Complex requests may require an additional 60 days — we will notify you within the initial period.

Data breaches
In the event of a personal data breach posing a risk to your rights, we will notify both the supervisory authority and affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware.
