Accounts & login
Do I need to register to play?
Yes — registration is required for real-money play. Demo mode is available without an account for all originals (Dice, Limbo, Mines, Crash, Plinko, Keno, Hilo, Coinflip).
Can I have more than one account?
No. One account per person, household and IP. Multi-accounting voids all winnings on duplicates and may trigger a permanent ban.
How do I enable 2FA?
Profile → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. We support TOTP (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password) and email codes.
I forgot my password — what now?
Click "Forgot password" on the login modal. A reset link is sent to your verified email and is valid for 60 minutes.
Deposits
Which cryptocurrencies are supported?
BTC, ETH, USDT (ERC-20/TRC-20/BEP-20), TRX, LTC, SOL, TON, XRP, LINK, ADA, BNB, DOGE and 12+ more. Network and confirmation requirements are shown in the wallet modal.
How long do deposits take?
Credited automatically once the required confirmations are reached (1 conf. on TRX/SOL/TON, 2 confs. on ETH/BSC, 3 confs. on BTC/LTC). Average crediting time: 30 seconds to 10 minutes.
Are there deposit fees?
Casinox charges no deposit fees. You only pay the network gas fee, which is set by the blockchain — never by us.
Withdrawals
How fast are withdrawals?
Most withdrawals are auto-approved and sent on-chain within 60 seconds. Withdrawals above 1 BTC equivalent may trigger manual review (max 1 hour).
Why was my withdrawal placed under review?
Large amounts, first withdrawal after a bonus, mismatched IP/country, or sanctioned wallet matches trigger review. We may request KYC documents before release.
What are the minimum withdrawal amounts?
Minimums are shown live in the wallet modal and are roughly the network fee × 5 — typically 5–20 USD equivalent depending on the chain.
Bonuses & promotions
What's the wagering on the welcome bonus?
The standard welcome bonus has 30× (deposit + bonus) wagering on slots and originals. Sportsbook bonuses use 6× turnover at minimum odds of 1.60.
Can I cancel an active bonus?
Yes, from Profile → Promotions → Active bonus → Forfeit. Forfeiting drops bonus and any bonus-derived winnings; cash balance is preserved.
Games & fairness
Are the originals provably fair?
Every original game is provably fair. Verify any past bet using the bet detail modal → "Verify". Slots come from licensed studios (Pragmatic, Hacksaw, Nolimit, Push, BGaming, ELK, Endorphina, Spinomenal and 30+ more).
What is the RTP of the original games?
Originals run between 97% and 99% theoretical RTP. See /legal/rtp for per-game numbers.
What is the maximum bet?
Maximum bet is auto-calculated per currency and per game, capped at the equivalent of 100,000 USD per round on originals, 50,000 USD per spin on slots.
Technical issues
A game froze. What do I do?
All bets are atomic — the result is server-authoritative the moment the bet is accepted. Refresh the page; the resolved bet will appear in your history. Contact support if the balance does not match.
My wallet address changed. Is that normal?
Yes. We generate a unique deposit address per user per currency on every deposit modal open. Old addresses remain valid forever — coins sent to them will still credit your account.
