What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website you visit places on the device you visit it from. Cookies have been a standard component of the web for thirty years. They are used to remember information about you so that you do not have to keep providing it on every page — your login session, your language, your preferred currency, your favourite games, your stake history filters, your chat preferences and so on.
We also use closely related technologies that are not technically cookies but that fulfil the same function — including localStorage and sessionStorage entries, session-bound HTTP headers, indexed-DB caches, service-worker caches, and a small number of pixels and beacons. In this policy we use the word "cookies" to refer to all of these technologies, exactly the way the law does.
Types we use
Essential
Session ID, CSRF token, language and currency. Without these the site cannot function.
Functional
Theme, sound preferences, sidebar state, recently played games. Improve UX but not strictly required.
Performance
Anonymous error reporting and aggregate page-timing metrics. Help us find and fix bugs.
Advertising
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. There is no Facebook Pixel, no Google Ads, no retargeting.
Third-party cookies
Cloudflare (DDoS protection, edge caching and bot detection). Cookies set: __cf_bm, cf_clearance. Purpose: distinguish humans from bots. Privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/

Managing cookies
You can change your cookie preferences at any time. Click the cookie icon at the bottom-left of any page to reopen the cookie preference centre. Click the "Customize Cookie Policy" link in the footer. Or call window.igxCookies.open() from the browser console if you are a power user. Your selection is persisted in the igx_cc cookie for 365 days.
You can also block cookies in your browser settings — but be aware that blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent the casino from working at all. We recommend blocking only the optional categories if you want to opt out, rather than blocking all cookies.
Legal basis
We rely on the legal basis of "strictly necessary for the performance of a contract" (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) / ePrivacy Directive Art. 5(3) exemption) for the strictly-necessary category, and on your freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) / ePrivacy Directive Art. 5(3) consent requirement) for the functional and performance categories. You can withdraw your consent at any time without consequence; the withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out under the prior consent.
